- 1 pound cooked chicken
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 can chicken noodle soup
- 1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 sm. can chow mein noodles
- Mix above ingredients (except noodles).
- Place in casserole dish 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly 15 min in microwave.
- Cover with chow mein noodles, do not panic, it will be runny.
- Can serve over noodles, potatoes, or possibly bread.
- Can also use 1 to 2 cans of boned chicken (tuna fish size).
