Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • pecans, chopped

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Spray jelly roll pan with Pam.
  • Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
  • Pour batter into pan.
  • Mix cream cheese, egg and sugar together.
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls onto batter.
  • Cut through batter with knife or metal spatula several times for marbeled effect.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Bake until cake springs back when touched lightly in center, 25 to 30 minutes.
