Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 1 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 250 millilitres vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Method

  • Beat egg, separate bowl mix well all ingredients and slowly add to the egg mixture.
  • (Batter is smooth)
  • Pour 1 cup to batter in to pipping bag, fitted with no 2 Wilton nozzle and squeezing the batter into the hot oil.
  • (Pour the batter circulation motion then from side to side)
  • Fry until golden brown.
  • (Both sides should be golden brown and crispy)
  • Drain off excess oil.
  • Place the plate and drizzle with chocolate honey coconut pani.
  • Serve warm.
