- 1 lb. lasagne noodles, uncooked
- 1 lb. each: ground chuck and bulk Italian sausage
- 4 to 6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 12 slices Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 to 2 qt. spaghetti sauce
Method
- Starting with sauce, cover bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Then put 1/3 noodles, 1/2 browned meat, 1/2 egg slices, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese, 1/2 the pepper and 1/2 of the Ricotta cheese.
