- 1 pints milk
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz self-raising flour
- 1 pinch salt
- Whisk the eggs and milk together.
- Don't worry if it foams up while whisking on a high speed.
- Add in the flour and salt and ehisk again.
- Cook over a medium flame or hot plate.
- Turn over the pancake when it has gotten softer and when all the air bubbles have evaporated.
