Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1 cup butter (softened) or 1 cup margarine (softened)
- 12 cup confectioners' sugar (sifted)
Method
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until creamy.
- Store in the refrigerator.
- Note: If you don't want chunks of nuts, just pulse the nuts in your food processor till it is finely ground.
