Ingredients
- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 c. Swiss cheese
- 4 oz. pepperoni
- 2 medium cans tomato sauce
- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt, oregano and basil
Method
- Cook spaghetti 10 minutes; drain.
- Toss with butter.
- Cook pepperoni in water to cover for 5 minutes; drain.
- Saute onion in remaining butter until translucent.
- In large casserole layer ingredients in this order:
- 1/2 spaghetti, 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 Swiss cheese, 1/2 spices and salt, 1/2 onions, mushrooms and pepperoni and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat with second layer. Bake 30 minutes at 350° or until brown and bubbly.
