Ingredients

  • 8 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c. Swiss cheese
  • 4 oz. pepperoni
  • 2 medium cans tomato sauce
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, oregano and basil

Method

  • Cook spaghetti 10 minutes; drain.
  • Toss with butter.
  • Cook pepperoni in water to cover for 5 minutes; drain.
  • Saute onion in remaining butter until translucent.
  • In large casserole layer ingredients in this order:
  • 1/2 spaghetti, 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 Swiss cheese, 1/2 spices and salt, 1/2 onions, mushrooms and pepperoni and 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat with second layer. Bake 30 minutes at 350° or until brown and bubbly.
