- 1 lb shrimp or cubed raw chicken
- 1 oil for cooking
- 1 for roban sauce makes enough for a few dinners freeze leftovers
- 4 quart alfredo sauce
- 2 quart heavy cream
- 8 tbsp salted butter
- 4 cup chopped green onions white and green
- 5 1/2 oz blackened redfish seasoning
- 2 tsp cayenne peppet
- 2 oz minced garlic
Method
- for roban sauce in large pot or skillet saute green onions in butter until soft add blackening seasoning and cayenne pepper cook for 2 minutes allow to cool for 15 minutes in a large bowl mix alfredo and heavy cream blend well with a wire whisk add the sauteed items and mix we
- saute chicken or shrimp in olive oil add 8 oz of roban sauce mix with 8oz penne pasta adding more sauce if desired
