• 1 lb shrimp or cubed raw chicken

  • 4 quart alfredo sauce
  • 2 quart heavy cream
  • 8 tbsp salted butter
  • 4 cup chopped green onions white and green
  • 5 1/2 oz blackened redfish seasoning
  • 2 tsp cayenne peppet
  • 2 oz minced garlic


  • for roban sauce in large pot or skillet saute green onions in butter until soft add blackening seasoning and cayenne pepper cook for 2 minutes allow to cool for 15 minutes in a large bowl mix alfredo and heavy cream blend well with a wire whisk add the sauteed items and mix we
  • saute chicken or shrimp in olive oil add 8 oz of roban sauce mix with 8oz penne pasta adding more sauce if desired
