Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. onion and garlic croutons
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. mild sausage or bacon
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
Method
- Place croutons in bottom of greased 8 x 12-inch pan.
- Top with 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
- Brown sausage or bacon.
- Drain.
- Cut into bite sized pieces and add to casserole.
- Beat eggs in 2 cups of milk and pour over casserole.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
