Ingredients
- 3 c. noodles, cooked
- 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. pimento
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Method
- Combine the first 8 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
- Heat milk and cheese until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
- Stir into noodle mixture.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
- Serves 6.
