Ingredients

  • 3 c. noodles, cooked
  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. pimento
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Method

  • Combine the first 8 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
  • Heat milk and cheese until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
  • Stir into noodle mixture.
  • Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
  • Serves 6.
