Ingredients
- 1 bot (2-liter) clear pop (club soda, gingerale, lemon-lime or possibly similar)
- 1 can (12-ounce) frzn orange juice
- 1 can (46-ounce) pineapple juice
Method
- Reconstitute the orange juice in the punch bowl, add in the pineapple juice and soda pop.
- Add in an ice ring.
- Makes about 5 quarts (l) per batch.
- If you want a more orangey-red color the new raspberry ginger ale flavor (pink) also tastes good.
- Notice this is not too sweet.
- If you have a good size punch bowl a bundt cake pan molds an ice ring which will last several hrs before it melts unless it is 100F in the shade.
