Ingredients

  • 5 -6 perfered chicken pieces (we like bone in breat and thighs)
  • 12 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 steak sauce
  • 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 14 cup white vinegar
  • 1 medium sweet onion

Method

  • Puree all ingredients, excluding chicken, in a blender or food processor until it forms a smooth sauce.
  • Arrange chicken in backing dish.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until chicken is at desired doneness.
  • Serve over hot rice.
