Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni noodles
  • 12 cup parmezan cheese
  • 12 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 -4 deli slices American cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • opt. pepper

Method

  • Boil macaroni for 9-10 minutes or to desired texture.
  • Drain noodles into colander and pour noodles back into pot.
  • Stir butter into noodles.
  • Let melt.
  • Tear American cheese into smaller pieces and mix into noodles.
  • Let melt.
  • Then, add the yogurt and stir well.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese well.
  • Serve hot.
  • To store, dump into plastic air-tight container and cover with a lid.
  • Store in fridge.
