Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni noodles
- 12 cup parmezan cheese
- 12 cup plain yogurt
- 2 -4 deli slices American cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- opt. pepper
Method
- Boil macaroni for 9-10 minutes or to desired texture.
- Drain noodles into colander and pour noodles back into pot.
- Stir butter into noodles.
- Let melt.
- Tear American cheese into smaller pieces and mix into noodles.
- Let melt.
- Then, add the yogurt and stir well.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese well.
- Serve hot.
- To store, dump into plastic air-tight container and cover with a lid.
- Store in fridge.
