Ingredients
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
- 1 small can lemonade
- 1 (10-inch) angel food cake
- strawberries, sweetened to taste
Method
- Soften ice cream; add can of lemonade and stir until well mixed.
- Slice cake in 2 or 3 layers.
- Spread with ice cream in between layers.
- Ice with remainder of ice cream mixture.
- Serve immediately, topped with strawberries or return to freezer.
- Let set out 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
