Ingredients

  • 2 granny smith apples, diced
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Method

  • Combine apples, dried cranberries, apple cider vinegar, onion, sugar, cinnamon, curry powder, coarse salt, and black pepper in a medium saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to a simmer.
  • Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently.
  • Makes 1-1/2 cups.
