Ingredients

  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 20 oz. pineapple, drained but save the juice
  • 2 c. chopped apples
  • 1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Method

  • Mix the miniature marshmallows, pineapple, apples, peanuts and Cool Whip.
  • Let sit in refrigerator for 8 hours.
  • Cook in a small saucepan the reserved pineapple juice, flour, white vinegar and sugar until thick and bubbly, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Cool, then toss with the ingredients.
