Ingredients
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 20 oz. pineapple, drained but save the juice
- 2 c. chopped apples
- 1 1/2 c. salted peanuts
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Mix the miniature marshmallows, pineapple, apples, peanuts and Cool Whip.
- Let sit in refrigerator for 8 hours.
- Cook in a small saucepan the reserved pineapple juice, flour, white vinegar and sugar until thick and bubbly, approximately 5 minutes.
- Cool, then toss with the ingredients.
