Ingredients
- Dry:
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Wet:
- 1 c applesauce
- 1/2 c milk, yogurt, sour cream or creme fraiche
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
- Add raisins, nuts, berries, cranberries
Method
- Add wet to dry
- Bake 400 for 20-22 minutes
