Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 lb. hamburg
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 to 10 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. dry, diced onion
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 to 2 tsp. Frank's hot sauce (add a little and taste)
Method
- Combine all ingredients with tomato sauce and raw hamburg in skillet.
- Simmer on medium heat until hamburg is cooked (1/2 to 1 hour).
- Hamburg will become very fine.
- Add Frank's hot sauce to desired level of "hotness."
