Ingredients
- 100g baby greens (rocket, spinach or watercress)
- 2 avocados, peeled, stoned and quartered
- 500g seafood marinara mix
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Method
- Arrange the baby greens onto serving plates.
- Top with two quarters of avocado each.
- Heat a wok over high heat.
- Add the seafood mix, tossing quickly until calamari is golden and just cooked through.
- Add the dressing and sweet chilli sauce and toss through to warm.
- Spoon seafood onto the avocado quarters and serve.
