Ingredients

  • 100g baby greens (rocket, spinach or watercress)
  • 2 avocados, peeled, stoned and quartered
  • 500g seafood marinara mix
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce

Method

  • Arrange the baby greens onto serving plates.
  • Top with two quarters of avocado each.
  • Heat a wok over high heat.
  • Add the seafood mix, tossing quickly until calamari is golden and just cooked through.
  • Add the dressing and sweet chilli sauce and toss through to warm.
  • Spoon seafood onto the avocado quarters and serve.
