Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 1 slice Melting type sliced cheese

Method

  • Drain the liquid from the canned tuna.
  • Combine with mayonnaise and black pepper.
  • Slice the onion crosswise into 4 circles and sprinkle with katakuriko.
  • Fry the onion starting from the larger sides (that are facing up in this picture).
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan.
  • Fry the onions over low to medium heat until they're well done.
  • Turn them over.
  • Place the tuna from Step 1 and the cheese on top of the onion.
  • Cover the pan and continue to cook until the cheese melts.
  • Done!
