Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 slice Melting type sliced cheese
Method
- Drain the liquid from the canned tuna.
- Combine with mayonnaise and black pepper.
- Slice the onion crosswise into 4 circles and sprinkle with katakuriko.
- Fry the onion starting from the larger sides (that are facing up in this picture).
- Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the onions over low to medium heat until they're well done.
- Turn them over.
- Place the tuna from Step 1 and the cheese on top of the onion.
- Cover the pan and continue to cook until the cheese melts.
- Done!
