Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in drained pineapple. Fold in bread.
- Pour in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour. Good hot or cold with ham.
- Will feed 4 to 6 people.
