Ingredients
- 7 yellow squash
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1/4 c. saltines, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Slice, boil, drain and mash squash.
- Saute onion in butter. Add cream and crushed crackers, then squash.
- Grease casserole; put in mixture.
- Dot with butter and bread crumbs.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.
