Ingredients
- 2 lb. round steak, cubed
- 5 to 6 stalks celery, cut
- 1 large onion, sliced in quarters
- 5 to 6 carrots, sliced in quarters
- 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
Method
- Put steak in bottom of flat Pyrex.
- Add remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over all a small can of tomato juice.
- Bake in 250° oven for 1 hour with dish covered tightly with foil.
- Cook potatoes separately.
- Serves 6.
