Ingredients
- 5 (6-inch) flour shells
- 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 4 oz. can drained green chilies
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Method
- Brown ground chuck and onions; drain and add seasonings.
- Add all the cans, undrained.
- Heat and garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and taco chips as desired.
