  • 1 serving of your favorite plain or vanilla flavored protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or agave syrup
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • Ingredient to Top Smoothie Bowl With:
  • 1 tablespoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hulls
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped raw almonds and pecans

Method

  • Blend together appropriate ingredients in one bowl.
  • Top and garnish with appropriate ingredients.
