- 1 serving of your favorite plain or vanilla flavored protein powder (optional)

- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or agave syrup
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- Ingredient to Top Smoothie Bowl With:
- 1 tablespoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon hemp hulls
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped raw almonds and pecans
Method
