Ingredients
- 6 eggs (can substitute Egg Beaters for 3 of the eggs)
- 6 slices bread (that has been cubed)
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt (may be omitted)
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1 lb. mild pork sausage
Method
- Brown and crumble sausage.
- Drain off grease.
- Can also rinse sausage in hot water to remove additional fat.
- In a blender or mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and dried mustard until just blended.
