Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Brown sausage, stirring until crumbly.
- Drain.
- Beat eggs and milk in bowl.
- Add sausage and remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
