Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • In a 10-inch skillet, cook sausage until brown.
  • Drain fat. Separate rolls and press into a 12-inch pizza pan (points to center).
  • Scoop sausage, potatoes and cheese on top.
  • In bowl, blend eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • Pour onto crust.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350° to 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Serves 6.
