- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 (8 count) pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- In a 10-inch skillet, cook sausage until brown.
- Drain fat. Separate rolls and press into a 12-inch pizza pan (points to center).
- Scoop sausage, potatoes and cheese on top.
- In bowl, blend eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour onto crust.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° to 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
