Ingredients
- 5 to 7 lb. brisket
- 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Paint meat with mixture (liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion salt and celery salt).
- Wrap in foil.
- Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- Paint with 3 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- Bake fat side up at 225° for 6 to 8 hours.
- Slice thin.
