Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 soup cans milk
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
Method
- Saute onions in butter.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low heat 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- This will work well in a crock-pot.
