Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup, undiluted
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- few grated carrots
- small amount chopped celery
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp. dried crushed basil
Method
- Cook broccoli, carrots and celery.
- Add cream of onion soup and stir together well.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Heat and serve.
