Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 (16 oz.) bag broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- salt to taste
- flour to thicken
Method
- In a large boiler, boil potatoes in water (half full of water).
- When tender, add
- broccoli and continue to cook until tender.
- Turn heat to low and add soup and milk.
- Thicken with flour.
- Add salt to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes.
