Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. margarine, melted
- 2/3 c. cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Method
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat until blended.
- Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (do not overbake).
- Cool and cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
