Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter (room temperature)
- 2 lb. confectioners sugar
- 2 c. smooth peanut butter
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 block paraffin (2 oz.)
Method
- Mix first 3 ingredients and roll to size of buckeyes. Chill. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. With wooden toothpick, dip balls in chocolate mixture leaving top uncovered for buckeye "effect".
- Refrigerate.
- Makes 16 dozen.
