Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. margarine, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. solid vegetable shortening

Method

  • Mix together

  • on waxed paper and refrigerate to harden.
  • In microwave, melt chips and shortening.
  • Put in a small bowl for
  • dipping. Take
  • toothpick and stick into ball. Dip ball 3/4

  • paper without letting
  • the sides touch.
  • Refrigerate until chocolate is hardened.
  • Smooth hole from toothpick with finger tip.
