Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 6 strips bacon
- 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- marjoram or thyme
Method
- Cook spinach, drain and put into
- x 9-inch casserole buttered.
- Crumble bacon, mushrooms,
- seasonings,
- sour
- cream and cheese on top, layered.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
