Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. unsifted flour
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
Method
- Cream the butter.
- Add sugar, vanilla and flour.
- Fold in nuts.
- Batter will be stiff.
- Form 1-inch balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Immediately roll in confectioners sugar. Cool and repeat confectioners sugar process.
