Ingredients

  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cups Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Marshmallow Fluff (or Mini Marshmallows)
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cups Crushed Graham Crackers

Method

  • Adapted from How Sweet Eats Hot Cocoa Cookies.
  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined. Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips and graham crackers.
  • Cover dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled. Then scoop the dough into 2 inch balls and bake on a cookie sheet for 12 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly before taking the cookies off the baking sheet. Cookies will be very moist and slightly sticky. Please handle with care.
