Ingredients
- 1 fish fillet (pan fish)
- 1/4 stick butter
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
Method
- Place fillet on 12 x 6-inch sheet of aluminum foil.
- Melt butter and pour it on top of fish.
- Wrap fish in foil and place in an open fire.
- Let cook for 5 to 10 minutes and then turn it over for 2 to 5 minutes.
