Ingredients
- 1 c. Grand Marnier (or, another liqueur)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 lb. round Brie cheese, with rind
Method
- Mix first three ingredients and pour over cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Serve with apples, pears, and crackers.
