Ingredients
- 1 c. Domino brownulated sugar
- juice and grated rind of 1 navel orange
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 6 medium sweet potatoes or yams, parboiled, peeled and halved
Method
- In large skillet, combine sugar, grated rind, orange juice and butter.
- Heat, stirring occasionally, over moderate heat until blended and smooth.
- Add potatoes and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
- Baste and turn potatoes occasionally to glaze evenly.
