Ingredients
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 9 to 10 c. popped corn
Method
- Heat brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt to simmering over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
- Simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
- Place popped corn in large bowl and pour hot mixture over top.
- Toss with spoon to coat.
- Place on large cookie sheet in 300° oven for 15 minutes.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour to harden.
- Be sure to grease cookie sheet well.
