Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. coconut
Method
- Mix well and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
