Ingredients

  • 2 large cans crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 T. chopped onions
  • 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (any kind)
  • or 4-6 slices cheese (any kind)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Unroll both cans of crescent rolls onto a foil-lined cookie sheet. Press seams of dough together to form a large rectangle. Set aside. Brown ground beef and onions in skillet: drain well. Stir barbecue sauce into ground beef to moisten and spoon mixture down center of crescent rolls. Top with your choice of cheese. Fold crescent rolls over meat mixture sealing top and ends. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
