Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 (16 oz.) cans sliced potatoes, drained
Method
- In a skillet, brown the beef and onion.
- Pour off fat.
- Stir in soups and water; add potatoes.
- Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
