Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- chives
Method
- Mix Velveeta and cream cheese with hands until well blended. Add dash of garlic powder.
- Mold in a ball, set in refrigerator until chilled.
- Roll in chopped pecans and chives, refrigerate until ready to use.
- Best taste if you make it the night before and refrigerate.
