Ingredients
- 2 lb. pkg. hash brown frozen potatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 c. Velveeta, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in baking dish.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Take out and top with a mixture of buttered cornflakes.
- Cook 10 more minutes.
- Freezes well.
