Ingredients

  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
  • 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 each: chopped red, green and yellow pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Thaw pastry and unfold; place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  • Cook and stir mushrooms, onions and pepper in margarine until tender.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour mixture into pan.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cut into squares.
  • Makes 24.
