Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Nilla wafers
- 1 can pie filling
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Make sure cream cheese is soft, then beat all ingredients until nice and smooth.
- Use foil cupcake liners.
- Place a Nilla wafer in liner.
- Fill liner about 3/4 way.
- Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
- You may also use any flavor jelly.
