Ingredients
- 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1-1/2 stick Butter, Melted
- 6 cups Pitted Cherries, Thawed And Drained If Frozen
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Method
- In a medium bowl mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly.
- In another bowl mix the cherries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and lemon juice and mix well.
- Pour cherry mixture into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Top with the oat mixture.
- Bake at 375°F for 40-45 minutes.
